Stonegate currently originates and services residential mortgages in 20 states through eight retail offices in four regional markets: Indianapolis, Indiana; Columbus, Ohio; Louisville, Kentucky; and Overland Park, Kansas. The company also acquires residential mortgages on a wholesale and correspondent basis from approved third party originators.

Since 2008 Stonegate has originated over $1.8 billion in residential mortgages and currently manages a servicing portfolio of $1 billion in residential mortgages for Fannie Mae and Ginnie Mae.
