- 3+ years lending experience
- 50%+ purchase-driven
Senior Managers
- $10-15M per month
- Manage multiple locations
- 3+ years lending experience
- 50%+ purchase-driven
Vice Presidents
- $30M per month
- Manage regions
- 5+ years lending experience
- 50%+ purchase-driven
Current Stonegate Managers have come from the following backgrounds:
- Prior Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Bank Owners (via Acquisition)
- Prior Regional Manager for a Tier 1 bank
- Prior Branch Manager for a Top 20 Mortgage Bank
- Top-performing Originators that grew into managers with our retail platform
