Stonegate Mortgage Corporation offers career opportunities for experienced Business Development Managers to offer Stonegate Mortgage Corporation wholesale and correspondent products through a B2B sales channel. The primary responsibility of this position is to identify high producing third party origination prospects, such as banks, brokers, and credit unions that can deliver quality residential loan products to Stonegate Mortgage Corporation for underwriting and delivery through either a traditional wholesale channel, a prior approved correspondent channel.

Candidates will have a proven track record of successful mortgage loan business development, including 2 + years experience originating loans in a wholesale environment. Candidates will be able to clearly articulate a marketing and business plan that will lead to successful loan origination. Candidates must thoroughly understand FNMA/FHLMC, FHA/VA lending guidelines, and understand all facets of a real estate transaction.
